Echo Street West is part of a revitalization effort in western Atlanta that focuses on providing market rate apartments, amenities and retail, while also investing in building up the existing local community. The residential component to the overall master plan includes 309 apartments, where %20 of the units are reserved for low-income housing programs.

This project presented additional coordination challenges as everyone began adapting to the Covid reality in early 2020, as the entire design and documentation process was handled throughout Covid’s lock down. Throughout this project I oversaw the day-to-day tasks of the architectural team and coordinated all consultants, as well as overall project schedule to ensure that the project was delivered on time.
