Alexan Summerhill is an urban infill project uniquely located across the street from the Georgia State University Stadium and former Turner Field. This project provides 315 apartment units across five metal and wood framed buildings, residential courtyards, high-end amenities and a rooftop terrace.

My involvement as Project Architect began in the Schematic design phase as I worked with our internal design team, coordinated with all consultants and worked with our project and construction team though the completion of the project.

Construction: Type IIIA on podium over Type IA, Type IIB Parking Structure
